We have four pricing plans, each with distinct features. Choose the best plan that fits your needs. Each plan allows you to obtain the AT Rating for one property. The Platinum plan offers more features than the Business plan, while the Basic plan offers primary features.

After selecting the most appropriate package for your property, you will have access to a specific questionnaire for your industry's segment. It is essential that you take the time to complete the questionnaire thoroughly to achieve the correct rating for your property.

It’s time to enjoy your Rating!

Once you submit your answers to the questionnaire, you will be awarded a Certificate with your AT Rating. If you choose the platinum plan, you'll be able to submit new answers monthly. If you choose the business plan, you'll be able to complete a questionnaire every three months. If you opted for the basic plan, you also get the chance to review your questionnaire at the start of the following billing cycle.
